2.3 You understand and confirm that Ousites, as a technology service provider, grants you a non exclusive and revocable license to use the aforementioned technology platform and tools through these terms. The legal relationship between you and your customers arising from the transaction of goods or services is independent of your relationship with these terms.
2.4 For the purpose of this clause, unless otherwise specified, the following terms are defined as follows:

3.1 These terms, together with all additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ousites regarding the use of the services ("Agreement").
3.2 We may revise these terms and related agreement documents from time to time. For non substantive modifications, we will notify you by updating the 'Last Updated Date' on this page. For substantial modifications that may have a significant impact on your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance through reasonable means such as platform announcements or sending notifications to the email associated with your account. By continuing to use the service after the revision of these terms, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised content, you have the right and should stop using the service.

You promise to registerOusitesBefore using the account or any service, you have full capacity for civil conduct or have been fully authorized to act on behalf of your enterprise, and have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and all agreement documents. Any agreement to these terms represents the final expression of your own or the enterprise you represent.

1.1 Account registration
1.1.1 To use this service, you must follow the platform's instructions to complete the account registration process and provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. The aforementioned information includes but is not limited to your legal name, valid contact information (including email address and phone number), proof of subject qualification (if applicable to enterprise users), and other necessary information required by the platform.
1.1.2 You acknowledge and accept that Ousites has the right to independently determine whether to approve your registration application or suspend, suspend, or terminate your use of any existing account based on its own judgment, including but not limited to reviewing the authenticity, legality, and relevance of the information you provide, or for risk control, compliance management, and other purposes, without prior notice to you or assuming any responsibility.

1.4.1 You are fully responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account (including username and password). Any operation carried out through your account and password shall be deemed as an act carried out by you or authorized by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for the legal consequences of such operation.
1.4.2 If you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security vulnerability, you should immediately notify Ousites. Ousites shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with these terms or to properly safeguard account information.
1.4.3 OusitesWe reserve the right to unilaterally introduce or adjust account security verification measures (such as dual authentication) based on business development, security policies, or legal and regulatory requirements.
1.5 Communication and Notification
1.5.1 The email address you provide in this service will be considered as the "primary communication address" for receiving our various notices, announcements, and legal documents. You have an obligation to ensure that the address is valid, available, and able to receive information properly, and to regularly check relevant information.
1.5.2 OusitesA notice sent to the primary mailing address shall be deemed delivered upon dispatch. Any losses caused by inaccurate or invalid address provided by you, or your failure to check in a timely manner, shall be borne by you.
1.6 Usage Specifications
You promise to comply with the following regulations during the use of this service:
1.6.1 Do not reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to obtain the source code of the service and related systems and networks in any other way.
1.6.2 Unauthorized access, acquisition, monitoring, or copying of any part or content of the service is prohibited through any robot, web crawler, web crawler, or other automatic or manual means.
1.6.3 Do not circumvent, damage or attempt to circumvent, damage any technical protection measures, security features or usage restrictions contained in the service.
1.6.4 It is not allowed to copy, modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, transfer, license or create derivative works of the service without the explicit written permission of Ousites.
1.6.5 The service shall not be used for any other purpose that is inconsistent with the purpose specified in these terms.
1.7 Content transmission
You acknowledge and agree that the content transmitted during the use of this service (as defined below) may involve data exchange over multiple networks, and such transmission may not be encrypted to varying degrees due to technology and network environments.OusitesNo guarantee shall be made regarding the timeliness, security, and integrity of such transmission.
Content "in these terms refers to any information uploaded, published, stored, transmitted or displayed by you or your representatives through this service, including but not limited to: text, images, graphics, audio, video, software, code, trademarks, brand logos, product or service information, data, etc.
itemtwoAccount subject, permissions, and ancillary services
2.1 Account subject ("shop owner")
2.1.1 The contracting parties and account responsible parties (hereinafter referred to as "shop owners") of this clause are natural persons, legal persons, or unincorporated organizations that have completed the service registration process. The shop owner has the highest management authority over the account registered in their name (hereinafter referred to as the "main account") and shall bear full legal responsibility for all operations and actions under the account.
2.1.2 If the registrant registers on behalf of their employer or other legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "represented party"), the represented party automatically becomes the shop owner. In this case, the registrant declares and warrants that:(i)It has obtained full authorization from the represented party; (ii) The registered information such as email used by it is owned or authorized for use by the represented party; (iii) This clause shall be legally binding on the represented party.
2.1.3 2.1.3 Account Subject Rules
(a) Each Ousites main account has only one designated store owner ("Account Holder"), who has the highest management authority over the account and assumes full legal responsibility.
(b) The same natural person or legal entity can register and manage multiple Ousites master accounts as a shop owner. Each primary account must use a unique and valid email address as its primary contact address and identification.
(c) Although the same shop owner can manage multiple accounts, each account is considered an independent entity in terms of law and operation. The shop owner shall bear joint and several liability for the compliance of all accounts managed by them.
2.1.4 Confirmation of delivery address
You hereby confirm and agree that the email address provided by you during the registration of each main account is the only valid delivery address for all legal documents, notices, and dispute resolution documents under that account. No matter how many accounts you manage, legal proceedings related to each account should be separately delivered to the registered email address of that account.
2.2 Sub account ("Employee Account")
2.2.1 According to the service package you have subscribed to, the store owner has the right to create and manage one or more sub accounts (hereinafter referred to as "employee accounts") under the main account for use by their designated employees, agents, or other authorized personnel (hereinafter referred to as "authorized users").
2.2.2 Each employee account must be associated with a genuine and valid personal identity and contact information. The shop owner has the right to set differentiated operational permissions and data access ranges for each employee account.
2.2.3 The shop owner shall bear full responsibility for all authorized users' use of employee accounts and ensure their compliance with these terms. Any authorized user's violation of these terms shall be deemed as a breach of contract by the shop owner, and the shop owner shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities and consequences.
2.3 payment account
2.3.1 For your convenience in conducting transactions, Ousites may assist you in initializing and connecting to specific third-party payment services (hereinafter referred to as "payment gateways") after your registration. This initialization operation is only for technical convenience,Not constitutedOusitesRecommend, guarantee or open an account on behalf of the payment service.
2.3.2 You understand and confirm that any third-party payment service is independently operated by its provider. You are responsible for: (i) activating, verifying, and configuring your account according to the requirements of the provider; (ii) Comply with its separate terms of service, privacy policy, and transaction rules; (iii) Properly manage the payment account, including but not limited to account security, fund settlement, and dispute resolution. Ousites assumes no responsibility for the availability, security, accuracy, or compliance of any third-party payment services.
2.3.3 The activation, deactivation, rate and function changes of payment services must be directly operated and managed by you at the third-party payment service provider.
2.4 Domain Name Service
2.4.1 The domain registration service provided by the Ousites platform is provided by a third-party domain registrar in cooperation. By purchasing or registering a domain name through this platform, it is deemed that you authorize Ousites to apply for relevant services from the cooperating registrar on your behalf.
2.4.2 * * Cost Description * *:
(a) The domain registration fee and annual renewal standard are based on the price displayed on the platform page at the time of your purchase.
(b) Unless you explicitly choose to disable the automatic renewal feature at the time of purchase, domain registration will be automatically renewed annually, provided that your account status is normal and a valid payment method has been linked.
(c) The renewal fee will be automatically deducted from the payment method you have bound. Ousites and its partner registrants reserve the right to adjust prices, and price adjustments will be notified 30 days in advance through platform announcements or email notifications.
2.4.3 You acknowledge and agree that the domain name service is ultimately provided by a third-party registrar, and Ousites is not responsible for the availability, stability, or ownership disputes of the domain name.

itemthreePlatform Rights and Management
3.1 Service adjustment and interpretation rights
Specific functions, regional services, orAPIThe interface may not be open to all users, and Ousites is not obligated to provide all services in all jurisdictions. The provision and scope of service functions shall be determined by Ousites based on its independent business judgment and technical conditions.
3.2 Content review and management authority
3.2.1 OusitesWe have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review any content (including but not limited to store information, products, graphics, audiovisual materials, etc.) uploaded, published, or disseminated by you through this service.
3.2.2 If Ousites, based on its independent judgment, reasonably believes that your content, goods, or services are in violation of these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, Ousites has the right to take disposal measures, including but not limited to requesting modifications, refusing to publish, blocking, deleting, removing goods, suspending or terminating related services, without prior notice. The judgment is final, but Ousites is not obligated to explain the specific criteria for the judgment to you.
3.3 User behavior norms and disposal
You promise to work withOusitesAdhere to the principles of integrity, civility, and rationality in the communication process with its employees, partners, and agents. Any insult, defamation, threat, harassment, or other inappropriate words or actions directed towards the aforementioned individuals shall constitute a fundamental breach of this clause. Once discovered, Ousites has the right to immediately and unilaterally terminate all services provided to you without refunding any fees already paid.
3.4 Non exclusive services and conflicts of interest
You hereby express your understanding and agreement:
3.4.1 OusitesThe services provided to you are non exclusive. Ousites reserves the right to provide the same or similar services to any third party (such as your direct or potential competitors), and is not obligated to disclose or notify you of this.
3.4.2 OusitesEmployees, affiliates, and independent contractors may also be other merchants or customers of the Ousites platform. Ousites has implemented internal policies and measures to require its personnel to fulfill confidentiality obligations and prohibit them from using their positions to obtain or use your confidential information. Nevertheless, you acknowledge and accept that the business entities managed by such personnel may have market competition with you.
3.5 Account ownership dispute resolution
3.5.1 When Ousites receives a notice or challenge regarding a dispute over account ownership, Ousites has the right to request the party or parties claiming ownership of the account to provide necessary and sufficient supporting documents. These documents may include: valid identification, business license, trademark registration certificate, payment voucher linked to the account, power of attorney, etc.
3.5.2 Based on the provided proof materials, Ousites has the right to determine, based on its independent judgment, the legitimate account rights holder it deems, and has the right to grant access to the account and its related data to such rights holder. During this process, Ousites' discretion was cautious and final.
3.5.3 If the parties are unable to provide sufficient evidence, or if the dispute is so complex that Ousites is unable to make a reasonable judgment, Ousites has the right to suspend all or part of the account's functions until the disputing party reaches a mutually agreed solution through judicial or administrative procedures or self negotiation and provides legally binding documents to Ousites. Ousites shall not be liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from account disputes or the disposal measures taken by Ousites.
itemfourUser Responsibilities
4.1 Independent operator identity and comprehensive responsibility
4.1.1 Independent operator identity: You understand and confirm that you, as an independent legal entity, use this service to conduct commercial activities. The transaction relationship between you and the end customer is independent of this agreement. Ousites is not your agent, partner, or e-commerce platform operator.
4.1.2 You should be the legitimate operator of the store you operate, and bear independent and full legal and commercial responsibility for the establishment, operation, and all transactions made through the store. Ousites is not your agent, partner, joint venture partner, or co seller, nor does it constitute any form of online trading platform (as defined in the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China as an "e-commerce platform operator").
4.2 Compliance obligations for store operation
You are fully responsible for the legality, authenticity, accuracy, and security of your content and the goods/services sold. You guarantee that:
(a) The content and products do not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other legitimate rights and interests;
(b) In all sales locations, the goods/services comply with local laws, regulations, standards, and certification requirements;
(c) You have obtained all the qualifications, licenses, or approvals required for sales.
4.3 Transaction and operational responsibilities:
You are independently responsible for the entire process of trading with end customers, including product delivery, quality assurance, payment collection, invoice issuance, customer consultation, complaint and dispute resolution. You should provide real contact information and clear transaction rules (such as refund policy, privacy policy) in a prominent position in the store.
4.4 Tax liability:
You shall fulfill all tax declaration and payment obligations in accordance with the law in all relevant jurisdictions for all income generated through the store. Any tax tools provided by Ousites are for reference only and do not constitute tax advice.
4.5 Special risk awareness:You confirm that you have read and understood about the sale of regulated goods and the use of dropshipping(Dropshipping)The special risks and obligations of the model. Even with the use of dropshipping, you remain the sole responsible party to the end customer.
4.6 Data protection responsibility:If you process personal data of end customers, you should independently develop a legal and compliant privacy policy and fulfill the relevant legal obligations of the data controller.
itemfiveFees, Payment, and Taxation
5.1 Cost composition and calculation
The fees that may arise from your use of this service include:
(a) Subscription fee: a periodic fee paid for the use of basic functions, with specific rates determined by the package level you choose. Please refer to the pricing page for details.
(b) Transaction fees: The fees that may be incurred when you use a third-party payment service provider to process transactions. The fee is usually calculated as a certain percentage of the transaction amount, and the specific rate is determined by the payment service provider and disclosed in its service terms.
(c) Additional service fee: The fee paid for the value-added features, hardware equipment, advanced templates, etc. that you choose to use.
(d) Other expenses: including but not limited to domain name renewal, excess fees for specific API calls, etc.
Instructions
All fee standards are clearly displayed on the relevant service pages.OusitesWe reserve the right to adjust fees, and major adjustments will be notified 30 days in advance.
5.2 Payment Authorization and Deduction
5.2.1 You must bind a continuously valid payment method ("Authorized Payment Method") in your account to pay all due fees.
5.2.2 You hereby irrevocably authorize Ousites and its cooperating payment processing institutions to automatically deduct all due and outstanding fees through the authorized payment method you bind. This authorization shall remain valid during the validity period of these terms and until all fees are paid in full.
5.2.3 All fees are denominated and settled in Chinese Yuan (CNY), unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing on the page or agreement.
5.3 Billing cycle and debt handling
5.3.1 Subscription fees are usually prepaid every 30 days as a billing cycle. Transaction fees and other charges may be collected irregularly after they are incurred.
5.3.2 OusitesWe will send an electronic bill to your primary contact email. You are responsible for promptly reviewing and verifying the bill.
5.3.3 If the deduction fails, Ousites has the right to retry within a certain period of time. If the due fees are not successfully paid within 28 days from the first attempt at deduction, Ousites has the right to immediately suspend or restrict your access to the account and services until the outstanding balance is paid.
5.3.4 If the account is suspended for more than 60 days due to outstanding debts, Ousites has the right to unilaterally terminate this clause and cancel your account, and does not exclude the right to pursue all unpaid fees through legal means.
5.4 General Rules for Tax Treatment
5.4.1 The fees and prices mentioned in Article 5.1 are exclusive of tax. In the event that Ousites is required by applicable law to collect value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other similar indirect taxes ("turnover tax"), such taxes will be calculated on top of the fee and paid by you together.
5.4.2 You are responsible for declaring and paying all tax liabilities arising from your own business activities (including sales through the use of this service). Any tax calculation or declaration tools provided by Ousites (if any) are for convenience only and do not constitute tax advice. You should not rely on such tools to fulfill your legal obligations, and the risks of using such tools are borne by you.
5.5 Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, orOusitesWe agree in writing that all paid fees (including but not limited to subscription fees) will not be refunded.

6.1 Definition of Confidential Information
The term "confidential information" referred to in this clause refers to any non-public information disclosed by one party (the "disclosing party") to the other party (the "receiving party") related to this service and the cooperation between the two parties, regardless of its form (written, oral, electronic or other), and whether it is marked as "confidential" or "proprietary". Confidential information specifically includes:
(a)Disclosing the technical information of the disclosing party, such as source code, algorithms, design documents, technical architecture, security solutions, API keys, database structures, etc;
(b)Disclosing party's business information, such as undisclosed financial data, pricing strategies, cost structures, business plans, market analysis, customer and supplier lists, contract terms, etc;
(c)Any undisclosed information generated from communication between the two parties regarding this service;
(d)A rational operator should consider confidential information based on the circumstances or nature of the information disclosed.
Especially clearWhat you come into contact with through the use of this serviceOusitesThe technical details, security mechanisms, operational methods, and internal data of the platform constitute Ousites' confidential information.
6.2 confidentiality obligation
The recipient promises:
(a)Use the confidential information of the disclosing party only for the purposes specified in this clause;
(b)Adopt a level of prudence not lower than that of protecting its own important confidential information of the same kind, to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of confidential information;
(c)Only employees, consultants, or affiliates (collectively referred to as "authorized personnel") who have a necessary need to know this information are allowed to access confidential information, and ensure that such authorized personnel are subject to equal confidentiality obligations. The recipient shall bear the same responsibility as if they had committed any violation by their authorized personnel.
6.3 Exceptions to confidentiality obligations
The following information does not constitute confidential information under this clause:
(a)Information that was already known to the public at the time of disclosure or became known to the public through no breach of contract by the recipient;
(b)The receiving party can provide written records to prove that it independently possessed and was not bound by any confidentiality obligations prior to the disclosure by the disclosing party;
(c)The recipient lawfully obtains information from a third party with the right to disclose it and is not bound by any confidentiality obligations;
(d)Information that must be disclosed according to laws, regulations, judicial or administrative orders; In this case, the receiving party shall, within the scope permitted by law, notify the disclosing party as early as possible and disclose only to the extent necessary to comply with such requirements.

This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect during the validity period of this clause and after its termination, until such information lawfully enters the public domain.

7.1.2liability capAccording to relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the cumulative liability of Ousites and its affiliates for any claims arising from or related to your use or inability to use this service shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to Ousites within twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to such claims.
7.2 Scope of exemption
In any case,OusitesNeither party nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damages, whether or not they have been informed of the possibility of such damages occurring:
(a)Indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages;
(b)Profit loss, goodwill loss, data loss, business interruption, or cost of purchasing substitute goods or services;
(c)Any damages caused by third-party claims or actions (including your end customers).
7.3 Your compensation obligation
If caused by the following reasonsOusitesYou agree to fully compensate and hold harmless any third party claims, lawsuits, investigations, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) and losses incurred by and to its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as the "Indemnitees"):
(a)How you use this service;
(b)The content you upload or the goods/services you sell infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties;
(c)You have violated any laws, regulations or provisions of these terms;
(d)Any disputes or transactions between you and your end customers (including but not limited to product quality, false advertising, unfulfilled delivery, refund disputes, etc.).
7.4 Extended responsibility
You shall be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of your affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and any personnel authorized by you to use the account (collectively referred to as "your personnel"), as if such acts and omissions were your own.

8.1 Your content
8.1.1Ownership of RightsYou reserve all ownership and intellectual property rights to any content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, trademarks, logos, and data, collectively referred to as "Your Content") uploaded, submitted, stored, or displayed through this Service.
8.1.2authorizationFor the purpose of operating, providing, improving, and promoting this service, you hereby grantOusitesA global, royalty free, non exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license that allows Ousites to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly display, and distribute your content in any form and medium (including through partner channels). This license shall remain valid to the extent necessary for Ousites to fulfill its legal obligations, resolve disputes, exercise its rights under these terms, or achieve archiving purposes after you delete content or terminate your account.
8.1.3Your guaranteeYou declare and warrant that:(a)You possess or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and authorizations to provide your content and grant the licenses described in these terms; (b) Your content and Ousites' use of such content as agreed will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, disclosure, or other rights.
8.1.4Content Management:OusitesWe have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor or review your content, and have the right to decide on our own to delete or refuse to transmit any content that we believe violates these terms, applicable laws, or poses a risk to service operations.
8.2 OusitesIntellectual Property Rights

8.2.3 You understand that this clause does not grant you the right to implement any patents of Ousites.

OusitesThe platform may include or allow you to access additional features, products, services, or tools provided by Ousites or third parties (collectively referred to as "Additional Services"), such as payment processing, logistics, marketing analytics, hardware devices, etc. Your use of any additional services, in addition to being bound by these terms, shall also comply with the special terms, policies, and fee statements (collectively referred to as the "Additional Service Terms") separately issued for such additional services. If there is a conflict between the additional service terms and these terms, the additional service terms shall prevail with respect to that additional service.
9.2 Data processing and optimization services
9.2.1 In order to provide data analysis, advertising optimization, personalized recommendations and other services ("Optimization Services"), Ousites may process relevant data based on your and your end customers' consent or other legal basis permitted by law.
9.2.2 If you choose to use optimization services, you are responsible for ensuring that your privacy policy complies with all applicable laws and clearly discloses: (i) your store is supported by Ousites technology; (ii) Ousites may process end-user data for the purpose of providing services; (iii) The rights and exercise methods of end customers over their data. You should ensure that the privacy policy link is prominently displayed in the store. 9.2.3 You can manage or restrict Ousites' use of your end customer data to provide optimized services through the privacy control options in your account settings.
9.3 POSservice
9.3.1 POSThe service includes related software, documentation, and hardware devices ("POS devices"). POS devices need to be purchased separately, and their ownership will be transferred to you after you pay the full amount. Ousites grants you a limited, non transferable license to use the software provided with the POS device.
9.3.2 You understand and accept that although POS services use encryption technology, there is no guarantee of absolute security for any data transmission. The risk of using POS services for transactions is borne by you.
9.3.3 POSThe service fee may be related to the number of usage locations. You agree to use the usage data recorded by the Ousites system as the basis for billing.
9.4 third-party services
9.4.1 The platform may integrate or recommend services, applications, or content provided by independent third parties ("Third Party Services"). Third party services are solely the responsibility of their providers, and Ousites does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for their content, functionality, security, legality, or ongoing availability.
9.4.2 The relationship between you and any third-party service provider, as well as any disputes arising therefrom, shall be entirely resolved by both parties themselves. Ousites is not obligated to participate in resolving any such disputes.
9.4.3 You confirm that by using or enabling third-party services, you authorize Ousites to share necessary account or transaction data between you and the third party as needed for technical integration. Ousites is not responsible for the subsequent processing of such data.
9.4.4 Under no circumstances shall Ousites be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of any third-party services.

Any opinions, suggestions, ideas, or other materials you submit to us regarding improving our services ("Feedback") are considered voluntary and provided free of charge by you. Ousites is free to use, copy, modify, and license such feedback without any additional obligation or payment to you. You should ensure that the feedback content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain illegal content.
itemelevenComplaints of Intellectual Property Infringement
OusitesRespect intellectual property rights. If you believe that the content on the platform has infringed upon your legitimate rights and interests, please submit an infringement notice containing legal information in the manner specified by us. After receiving a valid notice, we will take necessary measures in accordance with the law. Meanwhile, Ousites reserves the right to terminate services for users who have infringed multiple times.
itemtwelvePrivacy and Data Security:OusitesThe processing of your (as a merchant) personal information is subject to the Ousites Privacy Policy. We, as data processors, will comply with these terms and the Data Processing Agreement when processing your end customer data.
itemone3 items Agreement Term and Termination
onethree.1This clause shall come into effect from the date of successful registration of your account and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this clause.
onethree.2User terminationYou can apply to cancel your account by contacting customer service or using the self-service function in your account. After account cancellation, you will be unable to access data and services.
onethree.3Ousitesterminate:OusitesThe right to terminate this clause upon thirty (30) days' prior notice for any reason. If there is a serious breach of contract (including but not limited to fraud, abuse, illegal behavior, long-term arrears, etc.), Ousites may immediately suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.
onethree.4Termination consequences:
(a)All payable but unpaid fees shall immediately become due;
(b)You will lose access to your account and content;
(c)Unless required by law, no fee refunds will be provided;
(d)You should handle unfinished transactions and after-sales matters with end customers on your own.
itemone4 items Modification of agreements and services
14.1 Ousites has the right to modify these terms and service content from time to time based on business development, technological upgrades, changes in laws and regulations, or operational needs.
14.2 For non substantive modifications (such as correcting typographical errors, optimizing interfaces, and adding non core auxiliary functions), the modifications will take effect after publication.
14.3 Ousites will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance of any substantial modifications to the service content (such as significant changes to core functions or service models) or any substantial modifications to these terms (such as involving core rights and obligations of both parties, fee standards) through platform announcements, account email, or other means.
14.4 If you do not agree with such substantive modifications, you have the right to terminate this agreement before the modifications take effect. If you continue to use the service after the modification takes effect, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modification. Ousites shall not be liable for any direct losses incurred by you as a result of reasonable adjustments made in accordance with these terms, except for those caused by Ousites' intentional or gross negligence.

onefive.1complete agreementThis clause (and all policies referenced therein) constitutes your agreement withOusitesThe complete agreement regarding the service between them supersedes all previous or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
onefive.2divisibilityIf any provision of this clause is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
onefive.3non-transferable: UnprocessedOusitesYou agree in writing that you may not transfer any rights or obligations under these terms. Ousites has the right to transfer these terms and their related rights and obligations to affiliated parties or entities that inherit them through mergers or acquisitions at any time without your consent.
onefive.4Not abstaining:OusitesFailure to exercise any right or provision of this clause shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
onefive.5Application of Law and Dispute Resolution:
15.5.1 The establishment, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this clause shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
15.5.2 Either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile or Ousites' main operating location (i.e. Wuhan City, Hubei Province) for litigation resolution.
onefive.6Language and Notification:
15.6.1 This clause is subject to the Chinese version. If Ousites provides service terms in other language versions, they are for reference only.
15.6.2 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese version and other language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
15.6.3 Any dispute resolution procedures arising from this clause shall be conducted in Chinese.
